Q: Do you have a part warranty?

A: Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship and have a 30 day warranty.  All products are guaranteed free from defects.  This warranty does not cover damage done by the end user.

Q: Do you fulfill personal orders?

A: Yes! While most jobs come from machine shops, fabrication shops, and other various custom work shops, we will be happy to fulfill personal orders.

Q: What companies have you made parts for in the past?

A: P & F Machining, Resolution Medical, University of St. Thomas, as well as various personal orders.

Q: If I fill out an order form, do I have to purchase?

A: No! GP 3D offers free consultations and requires an approval of the order quote, before going ahead with your order.

Q: Can you handle large workloads with a fast turnaround?

A: GP3D is still expanding, however we will work with you to meet your needs.
