Model from Thingiverse that a customer wanted printed. It is for a better adhesion from the insulin pump to the arm.

Customer desired a holder for tools. GP 3D created and printed this model design.

This is a secondary tube for an ultrasonic cleaner. GP 3D was asked to make a tube that would go inside an ultrasonic cleaner to hold parts .040" in diameter. The parts would otherwise find their way out of the current basket and possibly into the drain lines. This also needed to be Titanium friendly therefore It's printed using PETG plastic paired with Stainless Steel nuts, bolts, and mesh.

These are the forehead pieces of a face shield assembly donated to healthcare workers.

GP 3D's part innovation that wind wires. This is an attachment for a drill.

Pictured above is a dunnage part made for a customer who needed a large quantity. (multicolored part is from spool-join testing so the printer can run around the clock.)

This fixture is used to check spine plates.

Customer desired a part that follows the curvature of the bottom of the spine plate, yet holds it from a front to back movement. GP 3D was able to specially engineer this product.

This customer provided their stock model of the basic profile of the part and they wanted the part to be secured by vacuum.
